FHSD named best district in St. Charles County and #8 in the state

Niche has just released its 2023 list of Best Schools in America, and has ranked the Francis Howell School District (FHSD) #8 in Missouri. That is the highest ranking of any school district in St. Charles County and the 7th highest in the St. Louis region. With nearly 500 public school districts ranked, FHSD falls in the top two percent of districts in the entire state of Missouri.

Niche also ranked FHSD among the top 15 places to teach in Missouri and the #16 best school district for athletes in Missouri. Among St. Charles County school districts, FHSD is the top place to teach and also has the best teachers, according to Niche. The district report card reflects all As and Bs, with grades of A+ for academics and teachers; A for clubs and activities, sports, college prep, food and administration; A- for resources and facilities; and B- for diversity.
